How to return an item  - 

Please contact us via email if there are any issues with an item with a description of the issue and we will provide information on returning. 

Emails will be replied to within 5-7 working days.

We will confirm receipt of the item in question and aim to arrange postage within this time frame following product inspection.

Items can only be returned with the following terms -

Item is damaged or not fit for the intended purpose. 

Partial refund may be offered depending on the items issue.

IF ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE/RHINESTONE EMBOSSED REFUNDS ARE UNLIKELY TO BE ACCEPTED AS THESE ARE MADE TO ORDER.
